Vicki Thornton is one of the best agents you’ll find. She will go above to find the right tenants, look after your property like her own & ultimately is trustworthy which is hard to find these days. She is kind and gentle but shoots straight & gets on with the job. I will pick Vicki every time I need a property looked after. What she offers makes owning an investment property a breeze! Vicki was our property manager for the time we rented through One Agency and she far exceeded any expectations we could have had for a PM. She is excellent at balancing commitment to both landlord and tenant and was incredibly courteous, professional and prompt in all correspondence. She went out of her way on numerous occasions to help us, and was friendly and approachable with all queries we had. By far the most phenomenal real estate we have dealt with. I had short dealings with Stephen also, the owner of One Agency and found him too to be very approachable, friendly and helpful. One Agency is all the things you never expect Real Estate to be: easy, honest, friendly and fair.
