Staff were efficient, personable and didn't make you feel like you were a contestant in a crazy game. Worked fast in processing our application and replied to requests promptly. We're now moving into a new home that we love and we can't thank them enough. Amazing!

I have to say, our experience with One Agency Redcliffe, in particular, Karen Nickels has blown my mind. We had a drive by of a rental property, phoned Karen, had an inspection within the hour and application in and approved within 24hrs. Keys that same week! Karen is extremely professional, super friendly, very efficient and a fabulous communicator.
