Karen and Vicki have been great in property management and works seamlessly with the landlord to make leasing a property out hassle free. Highly recommended! Also have to add when I had to sell the property, Stephan provided some expert advice, set some realistic expectations and provided much needed support for an interstate/ international seller like myself to get things sorted in a timely manner. We weren't happy with the service provided by our existing real estate who took over a few months ago, having bought our original agent's business. Tenants gave notice to vacate end of Feb, property was listed since early Jan - 9 weeks and no new tenant. Looked for another property manager and came across the 5 star reviews for Karen at One Agency Redcliffe. What a difference! Great customer service, great communication and very professional. Karen has been amazing!! If I could give her 10 stars I would.. I have been in rental properties for years and have never received such great service from any agent in my life. We are moving from Sydney and struggled to find a property, we spent so much time submitting applications and requesting online inspections only to be continuously disappointed by other agents. It's a competitive game, finding a rental. Viewings, applying, apps that don't work. Stress city. Not with One Agency Redcliffe North Lakes.
