We weren't happy with the service provided by our existing real estate who took over a few months ago, having bought our original agent's business. Tenants gave notice to vacate end of Feb, property was listed since early Jan - 9 weeks and no new tenant. Looked for another property manager and came across the 5 star reviews for Karen at One Agency Redcliffe. What a difference! Great customer service, great communication and very professional. Karen listed the property on the weekend, had an application on Monday and confirmed quality tenant on Tuesday! Very happy and would highly recommend Karen and this agency!

Karen has been amazing!! If I could give her 10 stars I would.. I have been in rental properties for years and have never received such great service from any agent in my life. It's a competitive game, finding a rental. Viewings, applying, apps that don't work. Stress city. Not with One Agency Redcliffe North Lakes.
